Problems with "Macaos User Manager"

We are two persons at Megacon (for now) who needs to use Macaos Enterprise. I have changed licens 597 to the other person, but when I add new password/username for 597, this passw./user is actually added into my lisence 1918 !
It seems not possible to change login for lisence 597. Since this person has left years ago I am not able to logins as 597.
How can I get this done ?

We have reset the password for the 597 license.
You cannot change passwords for other licenses. If you need to do this then please contact your local sales office and have them reset the password for you.
